1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the Ankhk Project (“Ankhk Project”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, uses, retains and shares "Personal Information" through our website at www.ankhk.com (the “Website”), including information collected through other corresponding sites when providing us with specialized services. The protection of the data of our registered members as well as our visitors is very important to us.

Commonly defined as "Personal Information", is any information about an individual that may be directly identifiable, as well as technical information that may be collected automatically. Information about business contacts and the like, or even anonymized, is not considered "Personal Information". Therefore, in this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means information about an identifiable individual, such as a first and last name, and your email address, however, it does not include (to the extent permitted by law) publicly available information.

Ankhk Project reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in particular, to reflect changes in the conditions of access to information that may affect our project activities, by changes in technology, changes in relevant laws and requirements, and requirements and changes to our Website's system features. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify our members by email or other reasonable means, including by posting notices on our Website.

If you object to any new version, you must stop visiting our Website and/or close your membership account (if you have one). If you continue to use our Website after receiving such notice, you will be deemed to have acknowledged our Privacy Policy. If you are already an effective and registered member (with your own login and individual password), to terminate your participation as a member, you must send an email informing your request to [email protected], as provided in topic (10) of this Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are and what we do

The Ankhk Project operates the Website www.ankhk.com and is a Private Brazilian and Canadian Project, based in Brazil, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, making this project a collaborative effort. In this project presented here on the Internet (Website), we describe our most recent Private Research and its results, reserving the right to express our limitations of access to the general public (“Visitors”), as well as our registered members ("Members"), about our information and results obtained during and at the end of our Private Research work.

Our mission is to try to connect the world to our Private Research and its most important results, and thus make it accessible, even partially (due to its extreme complexity and relevance) to everyone. This objective can only be achieved with an availability of wide and diversified accessibility, as we can see with the use of the Internet, where we can offer online access to visitors globally and uninterruptedly, reaching all types of devices that can access Internet browsers.

Our registered users ("Members") will soon be able to view and download relevant content and thus discover new development opportunities in their respective areas of knowledge. It is important to inform that some of our contents may also be visible to non-registered or disconnected users (“Visitors”), where a user can be a member or just a visitor.

Note: It is important to point out that simply registering as a member, either through our form on our Website or even via an email specific to this purpose (provided only by links on our Website), does not guarantee acceptance as a member, where we will evaluate all cases.

3. Your Consent

By providing the Ankhk Project (Website) with your "Personal Information", you consent to the collection, use, retention and sharing of that information, following this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw your consent at any time (subject to legal restrictions) upon reasonable notice, as provided in topic (13) of this Privacy Policy.
